During the last hours the Venezuelan
regime has gone out of control, closing down access to CNN en español and Azteca TV. The action
against CNN en español is in retaliation of the program in which
they exposed the traffic of Venezuelan passports in the Middle East, which
provided terrorists and other people with false documents to enter the U.S. In parallel the Venezuelan Minister of Defense has
published a communique, pretending to talk in name of the Venezuelan Armed
Force, in which he expresses unconditional support for the Venezuelan vice-president
Tareck El Aissami, who has been denounced by the U.S. as a Drug Kingpin. The Venezuelan regime is
not going to investigate El Aissami and is simply extending him a total absolution
from the U.S. charges.
These latest actions confirm the rogue
nature of the Venezuelan regime, a cruel dictatorship supported by the degraded
armed forces. The chaotic social and economic situation of the country, combined
with the posture of open defiance of international justice by the regime, clearly justifies a regional intervention.
Intervention is a harsh word and most
readers might think of an armed military intervention. Although such a type of intervention
could eventually be required in Venezuela this is not what we are talking
about. We are talking about a diplomatic, political and economic intervention
of the Venezuelan regime, to be coordinated by the OAS. The regional
organization can invoke the Inter American Charter against the Venezuelan regime
and take steps to isolate the regime politically
and economically, while arranging massive humanitarian help for the Venezuelan
people.
There is no more
time to lose.
Once again it takes a hardline regime to destroy this corrupted Venezuelan regime, no time for to be politically correct now or never.
ResponderEliminarQuick............call the Organization of Autistic States(OAS).............ohhh...forgot, it is also known as the Organization of American States.
ResponderEliminarBut they should be called the Autistic States because those bureaucrats do live in their own world and have done nothing about Venezuela. Shame on you OAS and UN....all you are is a bunch of high paid bureaucrats who spend our money in high price restaurants, expensive hotels and accommodations........You ain't worth sh.....
No sirven para un carajo los de la OEA....puro hablar paja y no hacen nada en ayuda del pueblo Venezolano.........son unos gozones a quienes no les importan los pueblos. Lo que hacen es venir a Washington a gozar de la Buena vida....desgraciados.
If the neighbors get tired of all the refugees crossing the border maybe they will say enough. Venezuelans are turning into Balseros.
