According to this answer from FAO to my letters about the matter of the FAO representative in Caracas, they were referred to the Inspector General and he - in turn - has sent them on to the "relevant" office.
We will be waiting to see what the "relevant" office has to say in this matter,

And the "relevant office" will refer your letter to another "more relevant office"- which may well turn out to be the office that was the original recipient of the letter. Kick the can down the road.....

how tragic are all (most!) internationall organizations!
