Alek Boyd threatened by Smartmatic?

Alek Boyd has been conducting an investigation of a "real state" company called Smartmatic for some time now. He has followed Smartmatic antics all over the planet: from its creation in Venezuela with money and support from Hugo Chavez to Chicago, from Evo's Bolivia to Mexico and to the Phillippines. The company certainly has murky aspects which I also have pointed out in the past. Boyd has recently received an unfriendly letter from a person he later identified as Luis Acuña, a manager from Smartmatic, a letter that Boyd has taken as a threat.
