The regime-paid boot-licker says:
"In Venezuela, the revolution is here to stay and the interests of the 1% are not going to overcome those of the 99% already in power".
Eva Golinger, the Castroist equivalent of the Tokyo Rose is not very good at aritmethics. According to her only 1% of the Venezuelan population would be against the Maduro regime. That would be only 280,000 Venezuelans out of a population of 28 million. But in the presidential elections, really won by Capriles, the opposition to Maduro obtained over 7,3 million votes. Maduro “won” by only 200,000 votes.
Something simply does not fit. I doubt Golinger can convince anyone of her numbers. In fact, 7,3 votes for the opposition in an electoral registry of about 16 million represent about 50% of the total population, considering that many registerd voters did not go to the polls.
Since then, however, Mr. Maduro has done so poorly that his backing has shrinked dramatically, as shown by the massive protests that include the middle class and the poor alike.
The regime is floundering in incompetence and Eva leads the way.
